How to Clear Facebook Notifications
This article teaches you how to remove notifications one-by-one from the Notifications menu on Facebook. You can do this in the mobile app for iPhone and Android, as well as on the Facebook website. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete more than one notification at a time, making it impossible to clear all of your Facebook notifications at once.
This tutorial will teach you how to clear notifications on iPhone and Android.
Tap the "Notifications" icon. It's the bell-shaped icon at the bottom of the screen. This will open a list of your notification history.
Swipe from right to left over a notification. This will bring up the red Hide option to the right of the notification.
Tap Hid, It's to the right of the notification. Doing so will immediately delete the notification from this page; you'll no longer see it when you open the "Notifications" menu

Tap on the three horizontal dot icon on the right side of a notification.This will prompt a pop-up menu to appear after a moment.
