How do I approve posts in my public event on Facebook?



If you're the host of a public event, you can approve posts before they appear in your event. Only the event host can approve posts.
To turn on post approval in a public event you've created:
  1. Go to your event and click Edit.
  2. Scroll down to Options and select Anyone can post (reported posts must be approved) or Anyone can post (all posts must be approved).
  3. Click Save.
To approve a post:
  1. Go to your event and click Discussion below the event details.
  2. Click where it says you have posts to approve (Ex: 1 post requires approval).
  3. Click:
    • to approve the post.
    • to delete the post.
    • to delete the post and remove the person from the event.
